In his 18+ years in management consulting, Dmitri has broad experience in business process design, change management, strategic communications, and strategic planning. His greatest love has been the use of Design Thinking to help identify people’s unmet needs and develop meaningful solutions. Dmitri has worked tirelessly to understand his clients’ mission and vision, learn their challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply the appropriate problem-solving tools to achieve the best outcomes.
Prior to joining Kintla, Dmitri worked for Booz Allen Hamilton supporting Federal Government clients including NASA, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, USDA, and many others. Dmitri worked directly with senior leaders to help articulate the vision for the future and take action to achieve that vision. At NASA, Dmitri led a project team of seven Booz Allen colleagues and 12 NASA employees to design the long-term strategy for NASA’s Office of Education. This project won the NASA Administrator’s team award in 2013.
Dmitri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.
