Bill Leach has 20+ years of experience helping leaders optimize organizational and personal leadership effectiveness. His areas of expertise include strategy, culture change, organization effectiveness, and leadership development and coaching. His approach is built on establishing trusting partnerships with leaders at all levels to help them develop and apply critical leadership capabilities.
During his career, Bill has consulted with businesses in more than 25 countries and a variety of industries including finance, health-care, construction/engineering, consumer products, telecommunications, energy, and aerospace enterprises.
Earlier in his career, Bill was a senior consultant with Dove Consulting, an international management consulting firm focused on educating leaders in change leadership and driving strategic change in rapidly evolving business environments. He also served as an internal change agent for employee engagement at Motorola, Inc.
Most recently, Bill served as coach for construction leaders on major infrastructure projects. During this work, Bill coached numerous project management team members and field leaders.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in communication from Montana State University and a Master’s degree in organizational communication from San Diego State University.
